A tax foreclosure sale has been scheduled for Nov. 29, 2023 at 10 a.m. in the community room of the Harvey County Courthouse.
The tax foreclosure process begins when a property owner(s) fails to pay their tax liabilities.
As of Nov. 28, the sale includes two* properties. Click here to view a map of the properties. The number of properties available can decrease leading up to the foreclosure sale, as the current owner(s) of the property can redeem the property until one day before the sale.
Those interested in bidding must register to bid before the start of the sale. Registration will begin Nov. 29 at 9:30 a.m. The sale is made to the highest in-person bidder for cash in hand. Bidders on properties cannot have outstanding taxes due on their currently-owned properties.
